Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. If 30 days pass, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.


Returning an Item

You can start a return within 30 days if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or counterfeit item.
If the item does not meet these conditions, the return will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Keep all tags, seals, and accessories intact.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Swimwear, underwear, lingerie, earrings, cosmetics, fragrances

  • Groceries, food supplements, software, tickets, adult products

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Return Process

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.

  • The reason for the return must meet the conditions above.

  • Any free gifts or accessories included with the item must be returned.

You can return an item in three ways:

  1. Drop it at our office,

  2. Send it with your own boda, or

  3. Let us send you a replacement.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your mobile money or card within a few days.

  • Sale items are not refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.


Return Shipping

  • If you choose to ship the item back, you must cover the cost.

  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For high-value returns, consider using trackable shipping or insurance.
