You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. If 30 days pass, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Returning an Item
You can start a return within 30 days if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or counterfeit item.
If the item does not meet these conditions, the return will not be accepted.
Return Conditions

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Keep all tags, seals, and accessories intact.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:

Swimwear, underwear, lingerie, earrings, cosmetics, fragrances

Groceries, food supplements, software, tickets, adult products

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Return Process

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.

The reason for the return must meet the conditions above.

Any free gifts or accessories included with the item must be returned.
You can return an item in three ways:

Drop it at our office,

Send it with your own boda, or

Let us send you a replacement.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your mobile money or card within a few days.

Sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.
Return Shipping

If you choose to ship the item back, you must cover the cost.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

For high-value returns, consider using trackable shipping or insurance.
