Return & Refund Policy

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. If 7 days pass, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Returning an Item

You can initiate a return within 7 days if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or counterfeit item.
If the item does not meet these conditions, the return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Keep all tags, seals, and accessories intact.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Swimwear, underwear, lingerie, earrings, cosmetics, fragrances
  • Groceries, food supplements, software, tickets, adult products
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Return Process

  1. Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.
  2. The reason for the return must meet the conditions above.
  3. Any free gifts or accessories included with the item must be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your mobile money or card within a few days.
  • Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

  • You must ship the item back to our physical store at your own cost.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For high-value returns, consider using trackable shipping or insurance.
