Return & Refund Policy
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. If 7 days pass, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Returning an Item
You can initiate a return within 7 days if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or counterfeit item.
If the item does not meet these conditions, the return will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Keep all tags, seals, and accessories intact.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Swimwear, underwear, lingerie, earrings, cosmetics, fragrances
- Groceries, food supplements, software, tickets, adult products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Return Process
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.
- The reason for the return must meet the conditions above.
- Any free gifts or accessories included with the item must be returned.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your mobile money or card within a few days.
- Sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
- You must ship the item back to our physical store at your own cost.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For high-value returns, consider using trackable shipping or insurance.
